Microsoft is in the final stages of completing Windows 10 and it is expected that this week, the company will sign off the OS and begin shipping the bits to retail partners.

The Windows 8.1 Spring update has reportedly reached RTM at build 17031 and has already been handed over to OEMs according to WZor, who also says a leak is likely to happen.
