Elon Musk indicates that the SN10 engines lacked thrust. The rocket landed at 10 m/s, damaging some parts. It also used "Helium in header" to atone for SN8's explosion, but that was also problematic.

SpaceX has finally managed to land a Starship rocket, however, several minutes after, the vehicle exploded due to a fire which managed to reach the propellant which subsequently ignited.
After several scrubbed launch attempts, SpaceX finally got its Starship SN9 off the ground today thanks to good visibility and wind conditions. Unfortunately, like SN8, the rocket failed to land.
