Qualcomm announced its third chipset for Windows 10 PCs today, the Snapdragon 8cx. Built from the ground up for PCs, the firm says that it can go toe to toe with an Intel Core i5 processor.

According to a new report, Qualcomm is working on a new Mobile PC Platform under the codename SDM1000. The new chipset will be aimed at ultrabooks, and will be a lot more powerful.
