In March, a Florida man was alerted by his son after an unknown object crashed through two layers of the ceiling of their house. It turned out the object was released from the ISS three years ago.

We don't have much happening This Week in Rocket Launches, but among those that are happening, some interesting satellites are going to space that will track troublesome space debris.
The UN and the UK have signed an agreement which promotes the safe and sustainable use of space. The UK has created an £85,000 fund to promote the agreement's guidelines around the world
Elecnor Deimos UK will be one of the firms working on a new satellite dubbed The Claw which will guide space junk, which is becoming unsafe, to re-enter the Earth's atmosphere where it will burn up.
The UK government has announced that it's looking for help from organisations to monitor space debris. Space debris is a threat to satellites and only a small amount is currently monitored.
