Google has announced that its Grace Hopper subsea cable is now connected between the United States, Spain, and the United Kingdom. Once on, the cable should improve Google's services.

A new subsea cable called Grace Hopper has been announced by Google Cloud. The submarine cable is set to link up the US, UK and Spain and is scheduled to launch operations in 2022.
Construction of Microsoft, Facebook and Telxius' transatlantic submarine cable has been completed. The subsea cable has the capacity to transfer data at a rate of 160 terabits per second.
Microsoft and Facebook have announced that they are working together to build the highest-capacity subsea cable system ever to cross the Atlantic, which is expected to be completed by October 2017.
