When Microsoft releases the Windows 10 Anniversary Update this summer, the OS will show twice as many 'Promoted Apps' as it did previously. This also means fewer Microsoft apps on the Start Menu.

In a bid to improve app downloads, and in line what Microsoft showed previously, the Start Menu in build 10565 of Windows 10 will now show you suggested Store apps.
