Microsoft is currently offering its Surface 3 with 128GB storage and 4G LTE for $649, $50 below its usual price - but refurbished versions of the same model are now available elsewhere for $269 less.

Preorders have now opened on the US Microsoft Store for two unlocked versions of the Surface Pro 3 4G LTE, a little later than expected but here none the less.
The Surface 3 (4G LTE) went on sale via AT&T in July - but with its promised August release date for the unlocked model having passed, Microsoft has now updated its launch plans with new dates.
