Apple has attempted to file a complaint against Swiss watchmaker Swatch for using 'Tick Different' as a slogan, which the company feels is a close imitation of its own 'Think Different' slogan.

Swatch's CEO calls the Apple Watch "an interesting toy, but not a revolution", and says his company's new smartwatch won't include any health-tracking features, despite saying last year that it would.
Swatch says it will soon launch a new smartwatch compatible with Windows and Android which its CEO says 'won't have to be charged', and which will also include NFC support for mobile payments.
After the company denied any involvement with Apple's upcoming 'iWatch', the CEO of Swatch has revealed that they aim to produce their own fitness-focused smartwatch by the beginning of 2015.
As more rumors surface around the highly awaited "iWatch," sources close to the company claim Apple is working with Swatch and others to release their line of smartwatches in various styles.
