The Coalition has revealed more details on the Gears 5 multiplayer Tech Test it announced during E3 last month. The test will be available across two weekends later this month on Xbox and Windows.

Gears 5 got a brand new cinematic trailer today, and also revealed it is launching on September 10 this year. There will also be three-player co-op for the first time in the series.
A leak may have revealed what the box art of The Coalition's upcoming Gears 5 will look like, as well as a release date that will get the third-person shooter into the hands of gamers in September.

Gears of War is getting a PC exclusive spin-off, with The Coalition announcing Gears Tactics at Microsoft's E3 event. The game seems to be inspired by the XCOM series, featuring turn-based combat.
The Coalition took off the wraps from Gears 5, with a reveal trailer showcasing a montage of both the series' signature brutal combat and what is looking like an even more engaging story.
