Google has announced the discontinuation of its Google Translate services in mainland China due to limited presence. It was one of the company's few remaining services available for Chinese users.

Google Translate is getting a live transcription capability at some point in the future. The feature will work to transcribe live audio in real time after it's been recorded in another language.
