Twitter now allows everyone to choose who can respond to their tweets. The capability is rolling out to Android users, just a few days after it was made available on Twitter's iOS app and web version.

Twitter announced today that it is testing a feature with limited users that restricts who can reply to a tweet. Users will be able to select between everyone, followers, or just mentioned users.
