The upgrade path from Linux Mint 21 to Linux Mint 21.1 is now open. Both versions use the same base so nothing major should go wrong but do follow the instructions closely for the smoothest upgrade.

The Linux Mint team has released version 21.1 for public consumption. It comes a few weeks after the Beta. It includes a new theme, an improved Update Manager and Software Manager, and more.
The Beta ISOs for Linux Mint 21.1 are now undergoing last-minute checks. Once released, beta testing will run for a few weeks. The final Linux Mint 21.1 release is due around Christmas.
The Linux Mint team has shown some features it's working on for Linux Mint 21.1 'Vera'. Additions include a new verification tool for checking the authenticity of ISOs and a better USB image writer.
