The WhatsApp Beta UWP recently received an update on Windows 11, adding a couple of useful features. However, they aren't entirely new to most users, as Android and iOS users have had them for years.

WhatsApp has announced that following some beta testing, "view once" media content is graduating to general availability. The self-explanatory feature follows an implementation similar to Snapchat.
WhatsApp users with the iOS beta app will now be able to send photos and videos that disappear once they have been viewed with the latest "view once" mode along with a redesigned in-app notification.
