Apple released the latest minor updates to its suite of operating systems today, including iOS 10.3, macOS 10.12.4 Sierra, watchOS 3.2, and tvOS 10.2, with a number of new features.

Apple today has released new builds of macOS 10.12.4 Sierra and watchOS 3.2, which are Developer Betas 8 and 7, respectively. The release notes don't list anything specific that changed in the builds.
