Microsoft's latest non-preview OS update is now available for XOLO's newest Windows Phone, the Win Q1000. Update 2 adds new features such as more granular app permissions and a revised Settings hub.

XOLO has quietly revealed its new Win Q1000, which features a 5-inch HD display, 1GB RAM and 8MP camera with 1080p video recording, in a sleek 8.8mm thick body - all for Rs.8,499 (around $137).
It looks like XOLO may be preparing to launch its second Windows Phone, as 10,000 units of a new 'Win Q1000' handset have been shipped to India, along with 2,000 dummy units for retail stores.
