It looks like XOLO may be preparing to launch its second Windows Phone, as 10,000 units of a new 'Win Q1000' handset have been shipped to India, along with 2,000 dummy units for retail stores.

Customers who ordered XOLO's new Win Q900s Windows Phone from Flipkart have instead received the near-identical Android 4.3 Jelly Bean device, the Q900s, on which the new Windows Phone is based.
XOLO has launched its first Windows Phone and claims that at 100g, it is the lightest smartphone available, with a 4.7-inch HD display, 1.2GHz quad-core CPU, 1GB RAM, 8GB storage and a $200 price tag.
