The new .NET Framework 4.8.1 is available for Release Preview Insiders for Windows 11, version 21H2 (original release), Windows 10, version 21H2 (LTSC), and Windows 10, version 22H2.
Windows 10 Build 19045.2787 (KB5023773) is for people who have Windows 10, version 22H2 on the Release Preview Channel. It has a number of improvements and bug fixes but no new features.
