Microsoft made a surprise move this week, as the company decided to extend the deadline for the final Windows 11 22H2 Home and Pro optional preview update from February 27, 2024, to June 26 2024.

Microsoft has just announced it will no longer offer any more optional, non-security updates for Windows 11 22H2 after February 27, 2024. The final end of updates for the OS will be Oct. 8, 2024.
Microsoft is launching a new feature in preview form today as part of the Windows 11 update called Instant Games, where you can play casual games directly in the Microsoft Store with no downloads.
