After more than a month since the release of Windows 10, Microsoft has quietly started pushing out the promised Update 3 for Windows 8.1 RT devices like the Surface RT and Surface 2.

Microsoft has said Windows RT devices won't be upgraded to Windows 10, but it hasn't yet said what its promised 'Update 3' for RT will include. A report claims today that it won't include much at all.
The retail sector is already ramping up for Black Friday which takes place on Nov 28th and will see Americans clamour for heavily discounted equipment, including the Surface 2 at a massive discount.
