Later this year, Microsoft will turn off Windows Management Instrumentation Command (WMIC) as part of its deprecation. However, it is not over for WMIC yet. You can still install it. Here is how.

While Microsoft provided its own PC Health Check app to aid users in determining a Windows 11-compatible CPU, a third-party utility called WhyNotWin11 also worked great, and it now has a new update.
Microsoft has published a document with details about further WMI Command Line utility (WMIC) deprecation. It will soon be off by default and eventually removed from the next-gen Windows version.
