Microsoft has posted up the changelog for Windows Phone 8.1 Update on their blog, and although it's not as comprehensive as we'd expect (or like) it gives a great overview for the end user experience.

The as yet unannounced Nokia Lumia 530 has been spotted online utilizing "CamSpeed" which the company helpfully shared via Twitter saying it lacks flash and runs Windows Phone 8.1
