Sony is known to update most of its flagship devices to the latest versions of Android for quite some time, and the company has now shared a list of devices that will receive Android Pie.

Sony today is rolling out a major 2.0 update to its 3D Creator app. The update brings features shown off at MWC 2018, including the ability to create 3D models using the device's front-facing camera.
Sony's Xperia XZ1 is now available in Canada from Bell and Freedom Mobile, offering users with top-of-the-line specifications and costs CAD 1,000 with several contract options from both carriers.
Today at its IFA 2017 briefing, Sony unveiled a trio of new smartphones, including the XZ1, XZ1 Compact, and the XA1 Plus, the former two of which are flagships with a Snapdragon 835 chipset.
While other major manufacturers improve their hardware designs with slimmer bezels, and larger displays on smaller devices, Sony seems to think buyers love mega-bezels on their flagship phones.
If a newly released render is accurate, it will give us the most complete and clear look at Sony's upcoming handset, the Xperia XZ1. The firm is rumored to announce the smartphone in the coming weeks.
