When Microsoft unveiled the Surface Laptop at an event back in May, it showed off the device in four colors: Platinum, Burgundy, Cobalt Blue, and Graphite Gold. While the latter three were certainly the most coveted of the group - or more specifically, Burgundy and Cobalt Blue were - they were only available in one configuration, which includes a Core i5 processor, 8GB RAM, and 256GB of storage. The rest were only available in Platinum.
But in July, the Core i7 models (8GB RAM/256GB storage and 16GB RAM/512GB storage) popped up on Microsoft's website in the three additional colors. Pre-orders went live on September 1, and Microsoft formally announced them on the 5th.
Those new configurations begin shipping today, and you should be able to walk into a Microsoft Store and buy one.
There was one other configuration of the Laptop that Microsoft released earlier this month, which is with a Core i7, 16GB RAM, and a 1TB SSD. Unfortunately, that one is only available in Platinum, at least for now.
If you want to purchase a Surface Laptop, you can find it on the Microsoft Store here.
