The Elder Scrolls Online is getting two new DLCs: Horns of the Reach and Clockwork City

Bethesda announced at its E3 event that The Elder Scrolls Online now includes over ten million players. The game received its latest expansion Elder Scrolls Online: Morrowind earlier this month, adding all new story content, areas to explore, player vs. player Battlegrounds game mode and more.

And now, Bethesda has announced that the game is set to receive two pieces of DLC, arriving in the form of 'Horns of the Reach' and 'Clockwork City'. We got to see some glimpses of the DLC on the new trailer showcased at the event, seen above.

Horns of the Reach will bring Bloodroot Forge and Falkreath Hold dungeons to the game as well as new items, monster masks, achievements and more. Meanwhile, Clockwork City will pit players against Daedric forces in Sotha Sil's Clockwork City, with more than ten hours of new content for players to experience.

Alongside Horns of the Reach DLC launch, The Elder Scrolls Online will also receive a major free update, including Arcane University Battlegrounds map, a new Battlegrounds ruleset (Chaos Ball), along with new homes, furniture, cosmetic items, Crown crates and holiday events. Excluding the Battlegrounds additions (only available for Morrowind owners), all of the update's content will be available for base game owners.

Horns of the Reach and Clockwork City DLC release dates were kept under wraps during the event, with Bethesda only saying they will be available sometime later this year.
