EA Originals, the label that partners with independent developers for support and publishing purposes, showed off three new games today during the EA Play Live show. The trio arrives from Hazelight Studios, Final Strike Games, and Zoink:
First up is It Takes Two from Josef Fares' Hazelight studio, the creator behind Brothers: A Tale of Two Sons and A Way Out. This is another cooperative adventure game where a family is now the focus, showcasing a tale of two dolls that come to life depicting the parents of a kid who are going through a separation.
It Takes Two is coming in 2021. Catch the crazy vision of the game Fares shares in the trailer above.
The next game is Rocket Arena, and it arrives from Final Strike Games. This is a third-person 3v3 multiplayer game with heroes that come bearing special abilities. However, unlike other hero shooters, every weapon in the game is a rocket, either used for offensive play or for movement.
Rocket Arena will launch on Steam, Origin, Xbox One, and PlayStation 4 with full cross-play support on July 14, 2020.
Lastly, Lost in Random is incoming from Zoink Games, the studio behind Fe. Described as a gothic fairy tale action-adventure title, the game follows Even and her sentient, creatively named, dice sidekick, Dicey. Players will embark on a journey to break the curse of Random in the kingdom of Random. Catch the debut trailer above.
Lost in Random will hit Origin, Steam, Xbox One, Nintendo Switch, and PlayStation 4 sometime in 2021.
