Changes:

Completely rewritten from the ground up.
New skinning format based on some "revolutionary changes" to the skinning engine.

Trans2k is one of the first applications of its kind! It is what we are calling a "Alpha trans manager" Windows 2000 and windows XP support a new feature called alpha transparency. This feature lets apply a semi-see through look to all windows in the taskbar. Trans2k lets you take full advantage of this.
