When Epic Games announced last week that the current season of Fortnite would be extended until early June, it promised "a couple more surprises" to keep players engaged. The firm announced today that Travis Scott is launching an "Astronomical" experience in the popular Battle Royale game, which will involve both performances and in-game rewards.
The company has announced multiple tour dates with showtimes for players across the world. It is also cautioning players to get in early to secure their spot, as "doors open 30 minutes before the show." The performances' schedule is listed below:
- FRIDAY, APRIL 24, 2020 AT 4:00:00 AM GMT+5
- FRIDAY, APRIL 24, 2020 AT 7:00:00 PM GMT+5
- SATURDAY, APRIL 25, 2020 AT 9:00:00 AM GMT+5
- SATURDAY, APRIL 25, 2020 AT 8:00:00 PM GMT+5
- SUNDAY, APRIL 26, 2020 AT 3:00:00 AM GMT+5
Starting April 21, outfits, emotes, and Scott-themed items can be purchased through the store or earned through Astronomical events. If you attend any of the events, you will win Astroworld Cycle Glider and two loading screens (pictured above) for free. Last year, EDM artist and producer Marshmello held the first-ever concert in Fortnite, which was attended by more than 10 million people.
