TypeSoft FTP Server 0.99

TYPSoft is a free and very easy to use ftp server.

Here's whats's new:

Fix a problem with the Time-Out.
Fix a problem with the Max User with same IP. (Thanks to Eckmar Schmitz for this 2 bugs Report)
Add an option to limit the number of user by account.
Now you can see the number of connected user on hint of the SysTray Icon.
Fix a problem when renaming Directory and file. (Thanks to Daniel Elsner for the Fix Code)
Now you can move file between directories.
Fix a problem with General Welcome and Exit Message.
Add an option to set Welcome and Exit message to user.
Add message when an user resume an upload and download.
Now FTP Server is in 3 languages. French-English-German. You can set the language you want by going in Setup - FTP and set language option. (Thanks to Dirk Paehl of the German File and the code for Multi-Language)
Also remove the Encryption Option. Now I use MD5 encryption so is easier to make encrypted password. If you use it again just write me an email and I will re-active it.
And some messages have change little bit. More explicit now.
