Ubisoft just concluded the private beta of Tom Clancy's The Division 2, but soon, even more players will be able to jump into the game, as the company today officially confirmed the game's open beta dates.
The Division 2 open beta will run from March 1 through 4 across all platforms, this time giving everyone a chance to experience the game for free before it fully releases on March 15. For now, it's unclear if the open beta will feature the same area of Washington, D.C to explore and fight in that was available in the private beta.
During the private beta, players could access two main missions, five side missions, a section of the PvE map, as well as one of the three new Dark Zone areas for open-world player vs player action. It also gave a taste of The Division 2's endgame "Invaded mission" mechanic, in addition to a separate team deathmatch mode.
The Division 2 is heading to PC, Xbox One, and PlayStation 4 on March 15. The PC version, however, is skipping Steam this time, and will only arrive through Uplay and the Epic Games Store. Speaking of which, head over here to see the game's system requirements and PC centered features.
