Back in July, Ubisoft showed off its latest wares during its E3 replacement event, Ubisoft Forward. Now it is almost time for the next Forward event, with the company today giving out the date September 10 for fans to mark on their calendars.
The accompanying trailer, seen below, is mostly populated with scenes from known projects like Rainbow Six Siege and Watch Dogs Legion, but it also has a couple of shots of a new IP, which Ubisoft is calling Immortals: Fenyx Rising. This is the open-world Ancient Greece-set adventure game that was formerly known as Gods & Monsters.
It seems the main show will be primarily focused on Immortals: Fenyx Rising, which is being developed by Ubisoft Quebec, the studio behind Assassin's Creed Odyssey. Before the name change, the game was slated for a launch in early 2020, but was pushed back alongside other Ubisoft titles.
In addition to a look into that, Ubisoft promises to show off more of Watch Dogs: Legion, as well as new content for Hyper Scape and Rainbow Six Siege.
Ubisoft is also offering in-game rewards for those who tune in to the presentation live in the form of XP boosters and skins for its various upcoming and current games. Those who want another game as a freebie will have to settle for claiming the currently ongoing The Division promotion for PC players.
This Ubisoft Forward will kick off at 12 PM PDT on September 10, available for viewing across the Forward portal, as well as Twitch and YouTube, with a pre-show and a post-show sandwiching the presentation.
