Ukrainian language pack released for WindowsXP

Microsoft announced the release of the Windows Ukrainian Interface Language Pack for the Russian version of Windows XP Professional.

This package for the first time will give users the ability to work with Ukrainian language Windows interface. Such a possibility was realised thanks to the Microsoft Multilanguage User Interface (MUI), based on Unicode.

Alexey Badaev, Chief of Microsoft CIS Business Development, said that the Microsoft products localisation process, started in October, 2001, with Microsoft Office components, is continuing successfully.

The new Windows XP Professional package with the Ukrainian interface will be officially presented during the IT show, EnterEX 2003, in February, but customers can purchase it immediately.
