Thanks JimmyT who alerted us to this news. It seems that Creative has ditched its affiliation with NVIDIA and has chosen to market its Creative Blaster 5 series of cards under the ATI flag. On offer are RX9700 Pro, RX9000 Pro & RX9000 64MB cards with the RX9000 Pro DDR memory clocked at 550MHz. This is surely a blow to NVIDIA who hoped to steal the ATI (mostly short lived) crown with its new GeForceFX cards. ATI appear to be making leaps and bounds in as far as consumer confidence goes with its new unified drivers improving with every release NVIDIA certainly have their work cut out for them.
