Samsung's countdown website for "the next Galaxy" has now reached zero. Unfortunately, the countdown teaser site has now been replaced by, well, nothing actually. The www.tgeltaayehxnx.com site seems to have crashed, most likely due to a ton of traffic from Internet visitors.
However, that isn't stopping Samsung from also releasing two brief teaser videos on YouTube for the upcoming product reveal, which is highly expected to be the Samsung Galaxy S III smartphone. The first 16 second teaser shows a camera panning up to what looks like aurora borealis effects and the words, "For technology to be truly smart, shouldn't it fit into your life naturally?"
The second and longer 63 second teaser takes that effect and goes into deep space as it throws out a bunch of marketing phrases in our cosmic journey. It does have a funny ending, though.
The final reveal is scheduled to be made on Thursday, May 3rd at a press event in London which Samsung is calling its "Unpacked" event; that would suggest more than one product will get its official launch. In the meantime, we will have to wait a bit longer to see if the devices are as interesting as the marketing teaser campaign.
