Vivendi Universal Games announced today that it has inked an exclusive deal with development studio Radical Entertainment that gives VU Games the rights to six multi-platform game titles - and could see VU Games possibly purchase the British Columbia- based development firm. Founded in 1991, Radical employs 200 people and is best known as the developers behind such games as The Simpsons: Hit & Run, The Hulk, Dark Angel and many more. Under the terms of this deal, Radical will develop six multi-platform titles based on new and existing franchises. It will have the right to buy Radical at any time during the deal.
