Yes, the Steam Summer Sale may be over, but that doesn't mean that you can save some money this weekend on PC games. There are quite a few price cuts you can find that your bank account will thank you for in the future.
Steam is letting all of its users play the full version of Gearbox Software's first person shooter Borderlands for free from now until 4 pm Eastern time on Sunday. You can also buy the full version for just $7.49 or get a four pack (four Steam codes) for $22.49.
Steam also has a sale for Orcs Must Die this weekend. You can get the original game from Robot Entertainment for just $2.49 for the next few days. The sequel, Orcs Must Die 2, is due for release on July 30th.
GoG.com has a number of classic PC adventure games on sale for 50 percent off their already low prices this weekend. GamersGate.com has a big Paradox Games sale, with all of the publisher's titles selling for 40 percent off their normal price and daily deals for select games for even more savings.
Finally, GameStop has some of its games on sale, including Brink, Rage and Hunted: The Demon's Forge for $9.99 each.
