Weekend PC Game Deals is where the biggest gaming deals from all over the internet are gathered into one place, every week, for your consumption. So kick back, relax, and hold on to your wallets.
We kick off things with the massive freebie that went live just yesterday during BlizzCon. Destiny 2 recently turned one year old on PC, and to celebrate, the Bungie-developed shooter is being given away for free on Blizzard's Battle.net client.
The giveaway can be claimed by either going over to its dedicated page or through the gifts section on Battle.net itself. This entire base game is yours to keep forever once claimed, and you have until November 18 to do so. The expansions you will have to purchase yourself separately, however.
This being the first weekend of the month, we already have a brand new Humble Monthly Bundle up and running, offering a new selection of early unlocks. Replacing last month's trio are two games and a DLC pack.
For $12, you will receive the definitive edition of Metal Gear Solid V, which includes The Phantom Pain, Ground Zeroes, as well as all DLC packs. Moreover, a copy of Colossal Order's Cities: Skylines and its After Dark DLC are also part of the early unlock package.
The rest of the bundle will be delivered on December 7, but subscribers also receive perks like a 10% discount on the Humble Store and access to the Humble Trove games in the meantime.
At the same time, the Day of the Devs Bundle has returned for another year, bringing along some well-known indie games as well as a VIP ticket for the Double Fine-hosted event.
Paying any amount above $1 gets you Full Throttle Remastered and Burly Men at Sea, but bumping up to paying over the current average (around $6.50) adds on Hotline Miami 2, RiME, and Yooka-Laylee. Forking over the full $12 gets you all of the previous games as well as Hyper Light Drifter, Minit, as well as the aforementioned Day of the Devs VIP Ticket.
Don't forget that the Warner Bros. Classics Bundle is still ongoing as well, featuring games such as Middle-earth: Shadow of War, Mad Max, Batman: Arkham Knight, and more.
Free Events
The battle royale spin-off of the action MOBA Battlerite is having a free weekend on Steam, letting players try the game out without needing the usual $20 entrance fee. And, unlike the usual battle royale affair, this game has players fighting it out from a top-down perspective.

And that, folks, is it for our pick of this weekend's deals for PC games, and at least some of you hopefully have enough self-restraint to not add too many new games to your ever-enlarging backlogs. There is, of course, an enormous amount of other deals all over the interwebs if you comb through it long enough, so try to keep your eyes open for those, and have an excellent weekend.
