Over the weekend, famed and anonymous Internet image and info leaker @evleaks showed off some images that he claims are Verizon's upcoming Nokia Lumia 928, the still unannounced variant of the Lumia 920, based on Windows Phone 8. Now that same source claims to have another image of that same smartphone, but now in a different color.
The image render, as posted on @evleak's Twitter account, clearly shows the white color, as opposed to the earlier images which show a black colored case. This new render also shows the Nokia Lumia 928 will have a rear speaker, as opposed to the Lumia 920 which has its speakers on the very bottom of the case. This change, if indeed this image is the real deal, should make hearing music, voice and even games on the Lumia 928 easier than the Lumia 920, which sometimes could have its audio muffled if a person held the phone where the bottom speakers were located.
As we have reported before, the previous rumors surrounding the Verizon Nokia Lumia 928 claim it will have a polycarbonate case and that it will have a version of the acclaiemd PureView camera similar to the Lumia 920. It's expected to be officially announced and launched by Verizon and Nokia later this spring.
