Gabe Aul took to Twitter to ease our collective suffering and officially announced that Windows 10 for phones will be debuting its first preview later on today.
However, as previously reported not all devices will be supported at launch. A number of devices, mostly high-end are expected to receive the update first, with additional devices being included in later builds.
If you wish you join the preview program you need to head to insider.windows.com and sign-up for the program. Then you'll need to download the Windows Insider app on your phone and wait for the update to go live.
As always we encourage you to only install this update if you know what you're doing and don't mind possibly destroying a phone. We'll be featuring system requirements, supported devices and a bunch of other info as soon as it becomes available.
You can check back because we'll have all the details on the front page, or follow us on Twitter for updates.
