This weekend, Dell quietly made Windows Vista available on most of the company's desktop and laptop machines. The computers are still priced in the same range but now offer various editions of Windows Vista installed by default. Gizmodo reports taht there are currently no configurations with an HD tuner. "Dell recommends Windows Vista Home Premium" is at the top of both laptop and desktop categories, whether they are high end or low end computers. Hewlett Packard, which overtook Dell recently as the number one computer manufacturer in the world, also has Windows Vista strewn across its website.
