With public betas coming this week, new iOS and tvOS 11 developer betas are out

It's only been five days since Apple released iOS 11 and tvOS 11 beta 2, but the firm seeded new builds today, which are showing as 'iOS 11 Developer beta 2 Update 1', and well, tvOS doesn't exactly tell you what it's installing. The new iOS build isn't available for all supported iOS devices; in fact, out of the iPhone 7 Plus, 10.5-inch iPad Pro, and iPad Air 2 that we tested, only the Air 2 got the update.

The release notes are almost exactly the same as the ones from last week, with a number of known and resolved issues. The new iOS 11 build number is 15A5304j, which is a subtle increase from the previous 15A5304i. The only tvOS 11 build number is 15J5310h, and that's obviously available for all supported devices, since there's only one model that's supported.

The firm is likely ironing out a few bugs before it offers public betas, which are slated to be released this week. Alongside that, will be a build for macOS 10.13 High Sierra.

While there aren't likely to be any new features in these particular builds, we'll let you know if we find anything.
