Today, Microsoft announced that it's rolling out Xbox Cloud Gaming to select Xbox Insiders in the Alpha and the Alpha - Skip Ahead rings. Just like PlayStation Now, the service lets you play many of the games you already own through the cloud instead of having to download them and clutter precious hard drive space. Many of the titles on Xbox Game Pass are also available to stream through Xbox Cloud Gaming.
At gamescom 2021, the company announced that Xbox Cloud Gaming was coming to Xbox One and Xbox Series X|S in Holiday 2021. In order to make sure the streaming service works well on consoles, it's letting Xbox Insiders test it out months in advance.
I'm incredibly pleased to share that we're rolling out cloud gaming on console to a random subset of our Alpha and Alpha Skip Ahead Xbox Insider audiences later today. It's still got rough edges, so please check out the known issues, file bugs, and enjoy! pic.twitter.com/NRLh7SVkmo

In order to gain access to Xbox Cloud Gaming, you have to be an Xbox Game Pass Ultimate subscriber, even if you're part of the Xbox Insider program. Keep in mind that there may be bugs and some restrictions.
Right now, you can't play Xbox Series X|S exclusive games on Xbox One through cloud gaming. However, the ability is in development and should be available soon. You'll need to be physically located in a cloud gaming-supported region to be able to use it, too.
