Thanks Brad Wardell for sending this in. If you have Windows 98, ME, NT, or 2000 and would like to have the Windows XP Start bar in both look and function, download XP Bar. XPBar is a stripped down version of Stardock's ObjectBar to bring the Windows XP Start bar to non-XP users. Try it out.
