Google is expanding the reach of its Reserve with Google feature, making it possible to book more kinds of experiences through the company's services. Reserve with Google was first launched to U.S. users in March of last year, giving them the ability to book and pay for fitness classes right from within Search, Maps, or the dedicated website, without having to visit third-party websites.
Today's announcement means the experience will now work for more things, such as museum visits or urban kayaking, which puts the highlight on more unique experiences. Just like with other previously supported locations, you can simply use the "Find Tickets" option on the listing for a specific place, and take care of the booking process right inside Google. These experiences are available thanks to partnerships with services such as Peek and Tiqets, but the Mountain View company is working to add even more partners going forward.
For those not aware, before today's feature enhancements, Reserve with Google previously added support for experiences such as spa and salon bookings. The service is still only available in the United States for now, but the company has said it might bring it to other regions.
