Biography
I am IT Infrastructure Manager for a public sector organisation in the United Kingdom, having previously worked in similar roles across Europe for companies such as Dell and GCap Media.
My role here at Neowin is to attempt to enlighten others to what working in IT for a large organisation or business is really like, and to demonstrate some of the ongoing challenges enterprises have when trying to introduce new technology, implement change, support and train end users and generally cope with the moving target that is IT.
I hold MCSE, CCNA and CCNP ISCW qualifications, amongst others, but my job role is now more focussed on strategic service delivery rather than the day-to-day running of systems.
