Under the hood:
- There are 3 possible locations for app data: per-system, per-user and bundled.
- Log files are now created in preferred location for each system.
- Both stdout stderr are not redirected to logging facility so errors from libraries are not lost.
- Fix crash when Zoom Mouse Event arrives before Zoom Key Event.
- Started Zoom Gesture remains active even after Zoom Key is unpressed.
- Reduce CPU usage by removing uneccessary polling.
- Keyboard event are sent to Monkey.
- Alt and AltGr keys are not ignored and handled properly.
