Glow

Glow provides detailed reporting on every hardware component in your computer, saving you valuable time typically spent searching for CPU, motherboard, RAM, graphics card, and other stats. With Glow, all the information is conveniently presented in one clean interface, allowing you to easily access and review the comprehensive hardware details of your system.

Glow provides detailed information on various system aspects, including OS, motherboard, processor, memory, graphics card, storage, network, battery, drivers, and services. The well-organized format ensures easy access to the required information. You can export all the gathered data to a plain text file, facilitating sharing with others for troubleshooting purposes.

No installation needed. Just decompress the archive, launch the executable, and access computer-related information. Glow runs on Windows 11 and Windows 10 64-bit versions.

What's new

  • Glow now supports ARM processors! When you download Glow as "Release", the file named "Glow_arm64.exe" is for ARM processors. "Glow_x64.exe" file is for x64 architectures.
  • New Nord Theme has been added to Glow! There are now 3 themes, Light / Dark / Nord.
  • The Installed Drivers and Installed Services section has been improved. It now shows the file path, not just the file name. For this, a new option has been added next to "sort in reverse order".
  • A tool called System Software Tool has been added to the Tools section. This tool allows you to navigate to the official page of the most basic system software you will use after formatting your system. It has an advanced interface. You can access this tool with the shortcut CTRL + R.
  • The SFC and DISM Automation Tool in the Tools section has been renewed. It now shows the Last Repair Time. This time changes after starting each repair. If no record has been taken by Glow before, the corresponding field will say "Never".

Fixed Bugs

  • The engine bug on the Theme Engine, which supports up to 2 themes, has been fixed. It can now provide unlimited theme support.
  • Some bugs in the theme switching algorithm have been fixed and optimized.
  • Fixed bugs in the active page control system in Glow's left menu. Now it works more stable.
  • Fixed a bug where the buttons on Glow's left menu would incorrectly show the active page on fast transitions.
  • Fixed a bug that caused Glow to crash on first launch on operating systems using an open theme.
  • Fixed incorrect display of Disk Partition Number in the Disk section. Now supports all file systems.
  • The error on the SFC and DISM Automation Tool in the Tools section, which caused the text to be nested when the DPI was high, has been fixed.
  • SFC and DISM Automation Tool errors in the Tools section have been fixed and optimized.

Changes

  • Shortcut key layout has been fixed. Now all features except Theme and Language switching support shortcut keys.
  • The Monitor Limits and Workspace Size displays in the Video Card section have been simplified. It now shows ":" instead of "=". In addition, some spaces have been removed.
  • The shortcut for the GitHub option in the top menu has been changed to F12. Shortcut information is written next to the keys that support other shortcuts.

Note: Always unzip the program before using it. Otherwise you may get an error.
