Added "Split" task to the "Save" group.
Added plugins for the 64-bit version for loading WebP and HEIF formats.
Fixed plugin registration for HEIF format.
Fixed: the option "Remove processed images from list" - now removes only checked images.
Changed the path for saving settings for the non-portable version to C:\Documents and Settings\username\Application Data instead of C:\Documents and Settings\username\My Documents.
