Paint.COM - a new freeware image editor was released today. The editor allows creation and modification of raster images in many standard formats, like .png, .jpg, or .bmp. Beside the ordinary functions found in any image editor, Paint.COM features layers with effects, gamma-aware blending (try drawing a smooth red circle over a green background and compare with other editors...), sub-pixel accuracy for shape positioning, and much more.
