March Games with Gold brings Warface: Breakout, Metal Slug 3, and more

Today, Microsoft announced the March 2021 Games with Gold, giving Xbox Live Gold and Xbox Game Pass Ultimate subscribers a look at what experiences are heading their way for free next month. After the unusual five games selection from last month, Microsoft is back to its usual count this time.

The two waves of upcoming freebies include two Xbox One games and two Xbox 360 games, and all of them are also playable natively on the new Xbox Series X|S consoles thanks to backward compatibility.

Here are the announced titles and their arrival dates:

Warface: Breakout: Available March 1 to 31 (Xbox One)

Become the ultimate mercenary of tomorrow in Warface: Breakout, a tactical online first-person shooter where tight gunplay and strategic team cooperation define the high-stakes PvP experience. Engage in fierce gunfights, make split-second decisions and master a vast arsenal of weapons to outsmart your opponents and secure victory.

Vicious Attack Llama Apocalypse: Available March 16 to April 15 (Xbox One)

The world's best mass llama-slaughter roguelike-lite-ish couch co-op top-down twin-stick shooter! VALA is a frantic top-down shooter where you remotely pilot an endless supply of mechs from your ocean carrier offshore of the apocalypse, fighting through the llama hordes to take down The Llamanati.

Metal Slug 3: Available March 1 to 15 (Xbox 360)

This is the 4th title of [METAL SLUG] series. It is the Action Shooting game which is popular among game fans all over the world.

Port Royale 3: Available March 16 to 31 (Xbox 360)

The Caribbean, in the turbulent 17th Century. The mighty kingdoms of Spain, England, France and the Netherlands fight over the colonies. And there you are, a young sea captain whose only goal is to become the most powerful man in the New World.
