SIS : New driver for multiple VGA chipsets

SIS released a new driver for their 315/315E cards but a lot more chipsets are supported :

    VGA cards : SIS315/315E/all Xabre cards

    Integrated VGA : 740/741/760/65x series/661FX

    Integrated VGA (Mobile) : M741/M760/M65x series/M661FX

    Driver version numbers :

    W2K/XP : DriverVer=08/29/2003,6.14.10.3530

    Win98/ME : DriverVer=08/29/2003,4.14.10.3530
